As we are approaching the latter part of summer many are taking a deep breath that the Fall Season is right around the corner. Fall brings a lot of fun things with it including cooler weather, beautiful scenery, and pumpkin patches. Yes, pumpkin patches in Arkansas are just as much of a fall activity as they are anywhere else in the nation. If you have small children, or have had within the last decade or so then you have most likely frequented your local patch multiple times over the years. It is hard to deny that these outings result in some great photos and just some overall family bonding. Not to mention, this is often followed with some jack o’ lantern carving and likely even some homemade pumpkin pie. However, we realize that not all areas of Arkansas have this wonderful October activity, or at least if they do people may not know about it. For this reason we wanted to point out some destinations scattered across the state where families can go pick a pumpkin, get a hayride, and just enjoy being together.

This is not to mention that they are in different parts of the state, so each destination is likely to be accompanied by unique scenery, restaurants, and other local attractions. So, when the Fall Season rolls around take advantage of the break from the summer heat, grab your family (or even just random people from around your neighborhood), get outside, and Pick-U-Pumpkin!
